Haven, Parkdean and Park Holidays site fees compared

2026 site fees at every Haven, Parkdean and Park Holidays park on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast, from the operators' own pages, with what each figure means.

Three big operators run 15 of the parks on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast: Haven, Parkdean Resorts and Park Holidays. Each publishes its site fees in a different way, so the figures can't be compared directly. The table shows each of their parks here and the fee we have published for it, with the date we checked.

Haven's parks are run by Bourne Leisure Limited. Kessingland Beach is sold through Parkdean Resorts, but the operator on our records is Park Resorts Limited, so it appears under that name.

How each operator publishes its fees

Haven

Haven shows a yearly site fee for each park inside its Let2offset example on the park's caravans for sale page. It says the figures are illustrative and cover a full season.

Parkdean Resorts

Parkdean gives a "from" figure for each park and year on its caravans for sale page, and says fees depend on pitch type and availability.

Park Holidays

Park Holidays does not publish a fee for its Suffolk parks. Its running costs guide gives a national starting figure only. Where a park publishes nothing, the park page says so, and owners can report what they pay anonymously.

What the figures mean for you

A "from" figure is the cheapest pitch on the park, and an illustrative figure is an example pitch. Neither is the fee for the pitch you are looking at, and front-row, sea-view and lodge pitches cost more on the same park. Ask for the fee on your pitch in writing.

Free site fee offers

All three operators advertise offers such as free site fees for a number of years, usually tied to buying a new home or letting it through the park. Before you rely on one, ask what the fee will be in the first year you pay it, and whether the offer is built into the price of the home. Site fees explained has the full list of questions, and the cost calculator turns a fee and a yearly rise into a five-year total.
