What to check before buying

The paperwork to read, the questions to ask and the people to ask them of, in order.

A park visit is a sales appointment. The paperwork is where the costs and the risks are. This is the order we suggest reading it in.

Read first

  1. The licence agreement, in full, including the clauses on fees, age, resale and termination.
  2. The park's site licence from the council, which sets the months it can open.
  3. The park page here, for flood zone, erosion line and the operator's company record.

Then ask

Every park page ends with a list of questions made from that park's own facts. Take it with you, and ask for the answers in writing.
