What to ask before you buy

Made from this park's facts

  1. HighBecause part of the site is inside the 2055 erosion line

Which pitch is this home on, and what happens to it if the cliff edge moves closer?

Ask whether the park has a relocation policy, and get it in writing.

  2. CheckBecause one charge is registered against the operator

Who holds the charges, and would a sale of the park affect your licence agreement?

  3. Not yet checkedBecause we haven't checked the park's age policy yet

At what age will you be asked to replace or remove the home?

  4. Not yet checkedBecause we haven't checked the park's site fees yet

What is the fee for this pitch, and what was it for each of the last five years?

  5. Not yet checkedBecause we haven't checked the park's resale commission yet

What will the park take when you sell, and are you allowed to sell privately?
